so the other night i was working at an 1980's theme bar and they had all the nostalgia all over the place

so here i am with my top ten 1980's movies

10 - Die Hard - a white vest and a badge is all our hero needs!
9 - The Goonies - Goonies never say die!
8 - Raiders of the lost ark - The original and best - long before lucas decided to rape indy in that sci-fi flick
7 - BladeRunner - is or isnt he a replicant?
6 - The Untouchables - Here endeth the lesson - magnificient film!
5 - Stars Wars V - I AM YOUR FATHER BLOG, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
4 - The Terminator - arnie as a villain terminator is still the best
3 - Aliens - Get away from her, you *bitch!* the end scene has not been bettered in alien vs human
2 - ET - Phoned home to tell them the box office gross is flying through the roof.

1 - BACK TO THE FUTURE!

oh man i could go on about this film all day!! there's nothing i dont like about it - apart from the fact i wasnt asked to be in the band...

everything about this film is iconic - the title, the mad scientist, the teen kid, the protaganist, the car - who can forget the gullwing DeLorean which is now apparently being remade - lets hope the engines etc are better built than the originals which were apparently notoriously awful.

god bless michael j fox, chris lloyd and the rest of the cast and crew. simply brilliant

women are disgusting on a night out. really dutty.

lets compare - whats a guy gonna do in general? stand up and pee next to the kebab shop? fall down drunk? lose his wallet/mobile/house keys?

women are worse.

my number one pet peeve at the moment is women who take off thier shoes. ok i get it - it was a fantastic price for a really nice pair of sandals/heels and after standing and dancing around all night they hurt your feet. for god sake - see that suitcase you carry around all night - if that doesnt hurt and if you've not stuffed enough junk in it - carry a pair of comfy sandals/slip ons.
they're there - in the middle of the club with the shoes off - dancing around with the dirt of the dancefloor and broken glass - all that dirt your taking home with you love. they get a cut on the foot and then try to blame the club for it - no love - we have a policy to get customers keep ALL their clothing on during the night. and guess what? those germs goin home with you a bit more personally now!!

the nights over they've staggered out - barefooted and walking down the street - crossing the roads and what not and its just ewww. its even worse if its been raining and the streets are all wet - but you think thats gonna stop them?!

its even worse if they're totally pissed. then its them falling all over in their skimpy clothes and there goes dignity...

come on girls
